My Approach
I work using an integrated ACT and CBT approach, combining practical tools with mindfulness and values-based work. Together, we explore the links between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while also developing the ability to be open and compassionate towards difficult inner experiences. Rather than trying to eliminate distress, therapy focuses on building psychological flexibility, breaking unhelpful patterns, and supporting you to take meaningful steps towards the life you want to live.
